The New York Times Bestseller Lists : que de bonnes surprises!

Le New York Times vient de dévoiler ses dernières listes de bestsellers et… une quarantaine des titres que nous représentons y figurent !

Dans la liste Hardcover Fiction, THE COLLECTOR de Nora Roberts, qui sera publié en France par Michel Lafon, fait son entrée et monte sur la plus haute marche du podium, alors que MISSING YOU de Harlan Coben et GONE GIRL de Gillian Flynn se trouvent respectivement à la huitième et à la neuvième place du classement.

Une autre première place dans la liste Hardcover Nonfiction avec, pour la troisième semaine consécutive, FLASH BOYS de Michael Lewis. Dans le top ten de cette catégorie, nous retrouvons également THE CONFIDENCE CODE de Katty Kay et Claire Shipman, un remarquable livre-interview sur les femmes au pouvoir publié par Harper Business le 15 avril 2014.

Parmi les poches, c’est ORPHAN TRAIN de Christina Baker Kline qui rafle la mise, suivi par SHADOW SPELL de Nora Roberts (2e place). Et dans les catégories dédiées à la Jeunesse (Séries, Middle Grade et Young Adult), nous retrouvons une douzaine de titres parmi les premiers, dont THE MAZE RUNNER de James Dashner, THE FINISHER de David Baldacci, et THE FAULT IN OUR STARS de John Green.

Tenu secret pendant des mois, le nouveau titre de Michael Lewis, auteur du bestseller THE BIG SHORT (LE CASSE DU SIÈCLE, Sonatine Éditions), que Brad Pitt et Paramount Picture veulent porter sur grand écran, est sorti hier aux États-Unis.

La publication a été annoncée par un article du New York Magazine et par un reportage de CBS News.
